City of Dalaran Dungeon: Boss Abilities From Our Beta Runs (level 28-33)

CITY OF DALARAN: a new Forever dungeon for roughly levels 28 to 33. Public rosters for it are not confirmed, so this page records what our own combat logs captured in beta runs on October 9 and 10. BOSSES AND THEIR ABILITIES (from our combat logs) - Atrexis the Grave Knight: Strike, Thrash, Raise Dead, Unholy Frenzy, Disarm. - Shade of the Archmage: Arcane Bolt, Arcane Explosion, Bounding Mana, Slow, Mass Polymorph, Evocation. - Arcanic Enigma: Summon Manaling, Manamorph, Silence. The adds are Arcane Manalings. - Fel Ancient: Fel Timbers, Trample, Entangle. TRASH - Dalaran Theurgist: Summon Spirit of Old (the most frequent ability in the logs), Frostbolt, Frost Ward. Kill or interrupt the Theurgist and handle the Spirits of Old. - Elemental Slave: Cracking Stone, Crumbling Stone, Reduced to Rubble. Drops Lifeless Stone, Heavy Stone and Elemental Earth, useful for crafters. - Theurgists drop Worn Stone Tokens. WHAT WE SAW On the first logged run the boss order was Atrexis, Shade of the Archmage, Arcanic Enigma, then Fel Ancient, with the first full clear taking about an hour and a faster second pass of about half an hour. Silence (Arcanic Enigma) and Mass Polymorph (Shade) are the crowd-control moments to plan interrupts and trinkets around. Please add your own notes, HP numbers and loot in the comments. HOW WE KNOW Test runs by MinMax Life members in the WoW Forever beta, with AFK and chat time removed, cross-checked against RestedXP's Forever routes and public guides. XP figures marked 'observed' are quest turn-ins captured by our Atlas tracker. Items listed under 'to confirm' will be checked on launch day. Strategies change, so comment with what you find.
