WoW: Forever launch date and time
World of Warcraft: Forever launches worldwide on November 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT (6:00 PM EDT, 11:00 PM in London). MinMax Life starts leveling together from that moment.
Name reservation
Early character-name reservation opened October 27 and runs through November 3, 2026 (up to three names, for upgrade-pack buyers, per published reports). Reserve your name before launch, and tell us the name in Discord so we can find you in game.
How do I play WoW: Forever?
- It is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time.
- Install it from the Battle.net app by choosing the Forever version.
- On first login you pick an experience preset and a ruleset before creating a character.
- Normal focuses on adventuring with optional PvP. The PvP ruleset puts open-world combat first. MinMax Life plays Normal (PvE), North America, Horde.
- Level cap is 60, and the game is built on the Classic foundation.
- Invite-a-Friend codes allow subscription-free play during launch week (Nov 4 to 11), per Blizzard.
When do raids open?
Published reports put the first raid content in December (December 9 is the date most often quoted), so the first weeks are about leveling, professions and building your raid team. That is why MinMax Life levels in duos and trios first and sorts raid teams afterwards.
