Day-One Strategy Board: Break Away From the Pack

Day one is where guilds break away from the pack, and the best plans change daily as beta findings come in, so we are collecting them here in the open. What we already do: level in duos and trios from the first hour, run AutoLayer to hop layers, and sort raid teams once everyone is in range of the cap. What works for you?
