ORC AND TROLL 1-10: goal level 10 in under 2 hours. From our beta Durotar runs (AFK and chat time removed), cross-checked against the RestedXP Forever route.
HOW OUR RUNS WENT
Our best run hit level 8 in about 105 minutes (the 2-hour pace is level 8 at about 68 minutes). Levels 6 to 10 are where the time goes. The good news is that Durotar's route has about 17,700 quest XP before 10 (Mulgore has about 12,600), so only about 10,000 has to come from kills.
KILL-TO-LEVEL CHECKPOINTS
1. Valley of Trials: kill Mottled Boars, Scorpid Workers and Vile Familiars to level 4, then to 1,720 of 2,100 XP before the Valley turn-ins.
2. Level 5, at 1,680 of 2,800 XP (Shamans: 690): Felstalkers and Vile Familiars before you leave the Valley.
3. Level 7, at 2,200 to 2,500 of 4,500 XP: Kul Tiras Sailors and Marines at Tiragarde Keep.
4. Level 9: Razormane quilboar and Surf Crawlers along the coast, or Burning Blade and Lightning Hides at the end, until your turn-ins finish 10.

Lost in the Shadows, Winds in the Desert, Sarkoth, From The Wreckage...., Burning Blade Medallion, Thazz'ril's Pick.
DO NOT CHASE (sat open 1.5 to 3 hours in our runs)
Dark Storms, This Fruit Could Bite Back, Encroachment, Break a Few Eggs, A Solvent Spirit, Practical Prey. Work on them only while you are already in the area, and abandon any that are still open when it is time to move on. Do not miss Carry Your Weight and A Pain in the Neck: both are on the route and we never did them.
ORC START, STEP BY STEP (from a MinMax tester's beta runs)
- Pigs: kill them on the path to the scorpid quest at the tree, do the scorpids, kill pigs on the way back, hit level 3, sell, train, then take the peon quest. You must be level 3 before leaving, so grind until then. It is the prerequisite for the pick axe quest in the cave.
- Skip the big crabs while doing the Sen'jin quests: low drop rate, slow to tag and kill.
- When leaving Sen'jin Village, kill the big spider on the western hillside as you travel north; it drops a quest.
- Razor Hill: set your hearthstone. Skip the Theramore keep key quest after killing the lieutenant.
- Share Report to Orgnil with the guild before handing it in at Razor Hill.
- Do Dark Storms at level 10 together with the warrior quest, then hearth back to Razor Hill.
- Do not do the Margoz follow-up until you get the insignia quest from Thrall before Ragefire Chasm. Then stop doing quests in Razor Hill and head to the Crossroads; warriors turn in their class quest on the way.
